You can play this on third and second fret without the capo. Sounds pretty good.

Dude, this is the best lesson on youtube, this comes from somebody who's seen a lot of video tutorials for varying instruments.

You explain things clearly and slowly, working through it bit by bit. Admittedly it isn't that complicated but that doesn't mean you're any less than a great teacher, thank you!
