What accessories do you need to play Guitar Hero: Metallica on PS2. I keep getting the error must connect microphone. Please help!!

the reason this is happening is because you plugged in a controller (the handheld one)
if you don’t want to sing, don’t connect a controller, only guitars/drum set.
The controller is only needed if there is a singer in your band. The guitar and drums can do everything else.
